European Plastic Films (EuPF) is a new European Organisation representing the PE/PP Film Extruders in Europe. It has been created on 20 October 2006 under the umbrella of the European Plastics Converters (EuPC) and is based in Brussels. The first president of EuPF is Bjorn Hoem, Director of Sphere. The executive committee of EuPF is composed of representatives of five national plastic film associations and five member companies.

The following working groups form the activity of this new organisation : "Bags & Sacks", "Agricultural film", "Industrial Film", "Printing & Converting" and "Standards & Test Methods".

The V-Bags Europe Charter ('V-Bags Europe') is an affirmation, by the plastic carrier bags value chain, that responsible consumption of plastic carrier bags is being pursued in order to ensure sustainability and environmental protection. The plastic carrier bag value chain consists of the following stakeholders: raw materials suppliers, plastics converters, compounders, retailers, waste collectors, recyclers and waste management authorities.

EuPF has been created on the 20th of October 2006 under the umbrella of the European Plastics Converters (EuPC) and is based in Brussels.
